It's Shadfly season and it's about to get stinky! I took this photo a few minutes ago of a Shadfly resting on the screen of my back door. We're kind of lucky where I live because we only get a handful of the mouth-less bugs a year. North Bay which is only 15 minutes away, on the other hand, will soon be covered in the rotting, decomposing, fish smelling, nasty bugs that crunch under your feet as you walk down the street.
