Spring Flowers

I love lilacs. I love the color and the way the fill the house with their amazing aroma - I just wish they would last longer. My hubby bought me a lilac bush about 8 years ago and I've been enjoying it's beautiful flowers since. This was a photo I took last year as I still have a while to wait for this year's blossums.

    Morning Connie....your Lilacs are gorgeous. I unfortunately can't be around them. I must be allergic to them or something because the scent is so concentrated I get headaches instantly...pretty as they are it makes my stomoach upset even!

    They are gorgeous though!

    Oh, I love lilac! There is nothing like getting up in the morning, going out to get in the car to go to work, and stopping dead in your tracts when you smell the sweet fragrance of lilac! Yours are beautiful....I can't wait for mine to bloom.
